The dashboard

The dashboard is where you see what your agent is doing: the plan, each directory's status, the links that are live, and the facts about your product. It never submits anything itself. Every action on it is a prompt you copy to your AI app.

How it fits together

Your agent does the work and records it through the tools; the dashboard shows the same record, live. Wherever the dashboard offers an action (plan the run, submit to the next directory, fill in a missing field, check if a listing is live) it gives a prompt your agent button with the request already written from your current state: your product, the next directory, the fields still empty. Paste it into Claude, Cursor or Codex.

The rail on the left has six pages, plus Settings and billing and, for the founder only, an admin page. The title bar shows the page you are on, the product you are working on, and the agent's status: Agent connected with the time of its last call, or Connect your AI.

Overview

One page from your first visit to a running launch. Each block appears only when it applies.

  • Needs your attention. Submissions waiting on you (a sign-in, a code, a payment), and a warning if a key was created but never used.
  • Getting set up. Five steps, ticked from real records and never by hand: connect your AI, describe your product, plan your launch (optional), first submission, first verified backlink. Only the step to act on is open.
  • Next up. The next directory to submit to, why it is next, its DR, its link type when your plan covers it, and a button that copies the prompt. With no plan yet, it offers to plan the run.
  • Progress. Live, submitted, waiting to be found, and planned, with a bar across the stages.
  • Domain rating. Your DR over time, one point a day, from real readings only. It is read weekly, and you can read it now once every 20 hours.
  • Submission pack. How many of the ten fields forms ask for are filled, the missing ones as chips, and a prompt to have your agent draft them.
  • Latest out. The most recent submissions and their status.
  • Before you start (optional). Preparation the profile shows is missing: a public repository for MCP registries, a landscape cover image, a maker bio and X handle. Each disappears once the profile answers it, or you can mark it "Not needed".
  • Check if live. Submitted directories past their usual approval time (14 days when the playbook states none, and 7 days after a check that did not find your link), with a prompt for your agent to find each listing page and verify it.

Directories

It opens on For your product, the same match your agent gets from match_directories, and has All directories beside it. Each directory is in one group:

ReadyYour agent can submit now. The row says what its free listing gives.
One step awayIt needs an answer or a step from you first: a sign-in, the badge question, a fact the profile does not hold. The row says which.
LockedA Launch or Pro opens it. Which directories are locked, and what they give, is shown only for the well-known platforms; the rest are counted.
Not a fitThe directory's own rule turns your product away, with the rule: product type, region, a badge you will not show, a minimum DR.

Filters: free listings, verified dofollow, no badge needed, live within two weeks, a DR floor, and search. Each row has a copyable prompt, and Next 3, 5 or 10 copies one prompt for that many ready directories not yet sent, highest DR first. If you have not said whether you will show a badge, an alert asks, because that answer moves many directories between groups.

There is no page per directory on purpose: the row already says what it offers, what to do first or why it does not fit, and your agent asks every decision (a fee, a badge, an account) before it touches a form.

Submissions

Every directory on your product's plan and record, as a Board or a Table (a switch at the top). The columns follow one path:

QueuedPlanned, not started. The card shows why it is where it is in the plan.
In progressStarted or saved as a draft. The note says what is left, for example waiting for a badge to deploy.
Needs actionWaiting on you (a sign-in, a CAPTCHA, a code, a payment), or the directory said no. The note says which.
SubmittedSent, with the confirmation page as proof. Not counted as a backlink yet.
LiveOur server opened the public listing and found your link. Set only by a link check, never by your agent.

Each card shows the directory, its DR, the link type once read, the note, and the listing or confirmation page. The Table can be searched and sorted.

Product profile

The facts every form is filled from. Fields directories require are marked, a draft saves with any of them empty, and the save bar lists what is missing. The section About your launch holds the qualifying answers: what the product is, whether you will show a badge, and what it already has. A button copies a prompt that has your agent fill the profile from your repository, ask you once for what no repository holds, and save it. Every field is explained on the profile page.

Connect your AI

Pick your app, create a key for it, and copy the command or config that has the key already in it. The page waits for your agent and flips to connected on its first call, then suggests four things to ask. Below it, every connected app with its token's prefix and last call, and a button to remove it (which revokes that token at once). Step by step: setup.

Settings and billing

  • Plan and usage. Your plan, submissions used out of 10 on Free, the Launch pass and how many directories it has used, and what is included.
  • Upgrade. A Launch (€29 once) or Pro (€39 a month, €349 a year), through checkout. The plan picker also opens once after you sign up, and it starts on Free.
  • Billing. A link to the customer portal for invoices and to change or cancel a plan.
  • Delete account. Removes your profile, records, link checks and screenshots, and cancels any subscription. It asks you to type delete. Published listings on directories stay where they are.

More than one product

A product is its profile plus its record. The switcher in the title bar ([icon] Product ⌄ / Page) is on every page and changes what every page shows. Free and Launch hold one product; Pro holds any number and adds another from the menu. Deleting a product asks you to type its name, and removes its profile, its record of submissions, screenshots and link checks. Directories already used stay counted on your plan.

Your next 10 directory submissions are free.

Add it to Claude or Cursor, describe your product once, and watch the first form fill itself.
