1. Our guarantee commitment
We want you to evaluate LaunchDistro with complete peace of mind. Founders have tight budgets and limited time. If the MCP server, the dashboard or the directory playbooks do not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase.
This policy applies to every paid plan: a Launch, Pro monthly and Pro annual. A refunded Launch ends at once.
2. How our guarantee works
During your first 3 days:
- You can connect your AI app (Claude, Cursor, Codex and others), fill in your product profile and run directory submissions.
- You can check which directories fit your product and verify the listings that went live.
- If LaunchDistro does not work with your AI app or does not help with your launch, you may request a refund immediately.
3. How to claim your refund
Email us and we refund you:

Send an email to contact@launchdistro.com from your purchase email address, with the payment ID from the Dodo Payments receipt if you have it. We process refund requests within 24 business hours, with no questions asked.
4. Processing time & payout credit
Once approved, Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, sends the refund back to the payment method you used at checkout.
Depending on your card issuer or banking institution, the refund credit typically appears on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
